Referee Darren Bond took up the whistle at 15 and has now progressed to the Select Group 2 referees list, armed with 20 years of refereeing experience, including a year as an assistant referee in the Premier League.

The last time Mr Bond bossed a Fulham game was the 0-0 away draw with Leeds United in August 2017, he booked two Leeds players and Ryan Sessegnon.

Last season Mr Bond refed three Fulham games that all ended in draws, the last one of the season was the 1-1 home draw with Brentford in April last season. He booked one player, Fulham midfielder Stefan Johansen, in the 92nd minute for a foul.

Earlier in the season he bossed a Fulham game in December when Fulham drew 4-4 away at Wolves. Four Wolves players and three Fulham players were booked, Fredericks (8m,f), Cairney (69m,f), Malone (70m,f), all for fouls apart from the Wolves goalie who was booked for time wasting in the 92nd minute. Busy day for Mr Bond's report 8 goals and 7 bookings.

In September Mr Bond also refed Fulham, that time in a 1-1 away draw at Nottingham Forest he booked two players both from Forest.

Derby last had the pleasure of Mr Bond's company in September when the beat Hull 5-0 at Pride Park.

Last Season Ref Bond bossed 40 games dishing out 117 yellows, a below average 2.9 cards a game, but an above average of 6 reds. His busiest games were Wolves v Fulham and Huddersfield v Aston Villa where he produced 7 cards on each occasion.

So far this season he has bossed 15 games and has issued 54 yellows, an average of 3.6 per game, and 1 red so an increase in yellows but a decrease in reds. His busiest game so far this season is the Middlesbrough 3-2 win against QPR when he yellow carded four players from each side.
