Referee Graham Scott, the Oxfordshire-born referee, played as a goalie for Abingdon Town before injury ended his career. He then switched to refereeing working his way up to refing in the Conference from 2006/07.

In the 2008/09 season he was promoted to the National List of referees. Ahead of the 2015/16 Premier League season, Scott was promoted into the Select Group of referees and officiates in the Premier League.

The last time Ref Scott refed Fulham was in the New Years game against Arsenal when he booked Timothy Fosu-Mensah (77,f).

Chelsea last had the pleasure of Mr Scott's presence last season in January 2018, in their 1-1 home draw with Norwich in the FA Cup, Chelsea went on to win 5-3 on penalties. Mr Scott four players, only one from Norwich, and went on to give Pedro and Morata second yellows in the 117th and 120th minute.

Last season he officiated at 30 matches issuing 80 yellow cards and 5 reds so a below average 2.7 yellows per game. This season so far he has reffed 21 games and has issued 52 yellows, an average of 2.5 per game, and two reds.

His busiest games in recent times were the Chelsea v Norwich game in Jan 2018 mentioned above . and in the Leeds v Cardiff game in February 2018 when he booked four Cardiff players and one Leeds player who then got a second yellow in the 45th minute.
