Referee Graham Scott, the Oxfordshire-born referee, officiated non-league and FA Cup First Round matches from 2006/07 before joining the National List of referees at the beginning 2008/09 season. The Berks & Bucks FA official has also refereed cup fixtures at Stamford Bridge, home of Chelsea, and Southampton's St. Mary's Stadium in recent seasons.

Ahead of the 2015/16 Premier League season, Scott was promoted into the Select Group of referees and officiates in the Premier League.

Ref Scott has not refed a Fulham game since the 2-0 home defeat by relegation zone Brighton in December 2014. He booked McCormack for a foul, in the 84th minute and also one Brighton player.

Prior to that game, back in October, he refed Derby thrashing us 5-2 at The Cottage. He booked two players both from Derby.

The last time Ref Scott refed Sheffield Wednesday was in January of this year when they beat Huddersfield 2-0 at home. He booked two Wednesday players, one Huddersfield player and sent off a Huddersfield player in the 70 minute for a "reckless high challenge".

Last season he officiated at 20 matches issuing 79 yellow cards and 2 reds, some 4 yellows per game, just above the average. His busiest game was Leeds vrs Huddersfield when he booked six Leeds players and two Huddersfield players.

This season so far he has reffed 27 games and has issued 92 yellows, an average of 3.4 per game, and four reds. So he is waving his yellow cards less than last season.

His busiest games so far have been Luton vrs Wycombe with 6 yellows and Bristol C vrs Burton when again he issued 6 yellows.
