IT'S TIME for Fulham to overcome their awayday blues if they are to maintain the momentum gained in the first half of the season, according to Chris Baird.
The Whites have lost their last two league games on the road and are still looking for their first away win since the opening day of the campaign at Portsmouth.
But with three trips in a row coming up before the visit of Aston Villa at the end of the month, this is the time to finally get to grips with their Achilles heel.
"In the Premiership, it's always tough to go away from home, but the way we lost at Chelsea was disappointing and our first half performance at Stoke was absolutely atrocious - we know that," Baird said.
"After these last two defeats away from home, we're eager to do better. We've been stuck on 27 points for the last couple of weeks so we want to get a move on, get the points on the board and get our season going again.
"We've got Blackburn away on Sunday, then Spurs after the FA Cup, so it's going to be a tough few weeks. But we know we can still go to places like that and get results.
"We went to Spurs last year and got a good draw. Blackburn only beat us with a goal in the last couple of minutes. If we can improve on that, we can build on a very good first half of the season."
