Fulham striker Barry Hayles has
been hit with his second Football Association misconduct charge for violent
behaviour in the space of 24 hours.
And if the Fulham striker is found guilty of both offences, he is facing
a likely suspension of six matches as well as a heavy fine.

On Thursday Hayles was charged with violent behaviour during an on-pitch
melee in Fulham's Premiership game against Everton, which has led to both
clubs being accused of failing to control their players.
Now the 29-year-old striker has been hit with another misconduct charge
after clashing with West Ham's Hayden Foxe at the Premiership game between
the two sides at Upton Park on November 3.
Foxe has also been charged with the same offence, which carries a recommended
punishment of a three-match ban and fine.
FA spokesman Andrin Cooper revealed: "Hayden Foxe and Barry Hayles
have both been charged with a breach of the rule relating to violent conduct
during the Premier League game between West Ham and Fulham on November
3 last year."
Hayles could miss a significant chunk of the season if he is found guilty
of both charges, although Fulham do at least have Steve Marlet fit after
injury and are on the look-out for another forward, with a deal for John
Carew having fallen through.
