Fan favourite Bazza Hayles

Barry Hayles has told Jean Tigana to go and buy two new strikers - even though
it may cost the Fulham forward his place.
Barry Hayles: Knows the need for investment if Fulham are to survive in the
Premiership
Anderlecht's giant Czech striker Jan Koller has continually been linked with
an £8million switch to Craven Cottage as manager Tigana gears up for life in
the Premiership. And although Koller looks likely to partner 27-goal Louis Saha
in attack - leaving Hayles out in the cold - the former Bristol Rovers striker
has given the move his full backing.
Hayles said: "We know we need to strengthen the squad if we do get promoted.
I'd be happy if we signed Jan Koller. We'll need at least four main strikers,
especially as Karlheinz Riedle is hanging up his boots and Luis Boa Morte's
loan is coming to an end. "But I don't fear for my place. I'm confident I can
score in the Premiership."
It has been an amazing rise for Hayles, who has helped himself to 19 goals this
season. Just four years ago he was working as a carpenter playing for non-League
Stevenage.
He admitted: "If someone had told me four years ago I'd be on the verge of playing
in the Premiership I do not think I'd have believed them. But I always kept
my fingers crossed."
