Fulham striker Barry Hayles has escaped punishment following an incident at Everton last season.
Hayles was charged with violent behaviour by the FA following a fracas in the Premiership match last December.
The 30-year-old was embroiled in an argument after team-mate Luis Boa Morte allegedly bit Everton's David Weir.
Boa Morte was earlier cleared and on Tuesday Hayles also escaped punishment.
A statement on www.thefa.com read: "A recent disciplinary commission decided that the case against the player would not be proceeded with following a recommendation from the FA Compliance Department.
"Therefore the alleged offence will not be recorded on the record of the player or the club."
