Fulham midfielder Bjorn Helge Riise has vowed to supply the goals which will fire Portsmouth up the npower Championship table.
The Norway midfielder, 28, has joined Pompey on loan from Fulham until November 7.
"I jumped at the chance to come here, hopefully play regular games and try to bring something different to the side," he told the club's official website.
"My first job is to get into the side. That's not going to be easy because there are a lot of good players at this club.
"It's a team full of great players - I could see that from my first training session here.
"But hopefully I can earn a place in the side and then use my ability to create some goals."
