Luis Boa Morte

GRAEME SOUNESS has swooped to make Luis Boa Morte Newcastle’s third summer signing in a £4million deal.

Portuguese winger Boa Morte will complete his move from Fulham after agreeing terms and undergoing a medical.

He joins Scott Parker and Turkish international midfielder Emre in the Souness revamp. Boa Morte has been chased by the Toon boss since the turn of the year.

Souey has been looking for a left-sided attacking option since it became clear troubled French winger Lauren Robert had no future at St James’ Park.
