Charlton defender Herman Hreidarsson has pleaded guilty to a Football Association charge of violent conduct and will now be banned for three games.
The FA took action after Hreidarsson was caught on camera seemingly catching Fulham's Luis Boa Morte with an elbow when the two teams met on 15 April.
Charlton lost the game against their London rivals 2-1 at Craven Cottage.
Hreidarsson will now miss the rest of the season as the Addicks only have three Premiership games remaining.
Boa Morte scored both his side's goals in what was a vital victory for Fulham and the incident with Hreidarsson occurred during the second half.
