| Fulham midfielder Lee Clark confident of returning from injury nightmare |

Fulham's Lee Clark, ex-Newcastle United and Sunderland man, said today that he has put his eight-month injury nightmare behind him and is keen to get back into Jean Tigana's side.
The 29-year-old midfielder has been out of action with Achilles and calf problems since Christmas. He made one unsuccessful comeback attempt against Liverpool in March and had to have surgery.
He said: "I am chomping at the bit to play again now. I have had a couple of reserve games and I am really close to being ready. I just need a bit of match sharpness and, hopefully, I will have that after the international break.
