Player agent Sam Stapleton has been charged in relation to Zoltan Gera's transfer to Fulham.
The FA has issued charges against authorised agent, Sam Stapleton, following alleged breaches of Agents Regulations.
Mr Stapleton has been charged in relation to Zoltan Gera's move to Fulham FC in July 2008.
It is alleged that Stapleton breached FA Regulations by acting for Fulham FC in that move when he had previously acted for Zoltan Gera in the renegotiation of the player's contract with West Bromwich Albion FC in June 2008.
In addition, Stapleton has been charged with failing to enter into a written representation contract with the player and/or failing to lodge the representation contract with The FA.
Mr Stapleton has 14 days to respond to the charges.
