Fulham Manager Jean Tigana disappointed |
|
Fulham manager Jean Tigana, who caused a stir on Friday when he revealed
he would quit the Cottagers if he became unhappy, repeated his sentiments
after the match.
He said: "It's not only here, but I left Lyon when we were top of
the table - and I also left Monaco. It's when I'm not happy with the atmosphere.
"It's not about the results, because I've been lucky and won all
the time. I'm happy now - and when I'm not happy, I'll leave. I give my
life when I work with a club and it's not possible (for another club)
to buy me.
"Today was disappointing. In the first half, we had many tactical
problems - but in the second half, we didn't play too badly and created
many chances. The two goalkeepers were very good.
"Many of my players are not in the habit of playing three games in
a week. My squad is not very big and we've had many players out injured
- so it's difficult to change the team."
