Fulham will be without suspended captain and former Spurs midfielder Michael Brown.
Coleman has still managed to bolster his squad recently with the recruitment of Russian ace Alexei Smertin, Wales midfielder Simon Davies, American Clint Dempsey and on-loan Italian striker Vincenzo Montella - largely from the £5million received from West Ham for Luis Boa Morte.
Defender Carlos Bocanegra will be back on Sunday following a ban, and Ian Pearce could return despite a thigh strain.
Goalkeeper Antti Niemi is also still out, with back problems following the neck injury he sustained against Watford on New Year's Day.
Coleman said: "He won't be fit until the United game [next week] at best, but I have to decide soon whether to go out and buy a new number one goalkeeper or a number two.
"We have been without our number one on too many occasions through injury, and Antti has got to get himself fit on a regular basis for the rest of the season."
On-loan Czech Republic goalkeeper Jan Lastuvka continues against Spurs. But Coleman has revealed he will be going back to Shakhtar Donetsk in the summer, after failing to agree their fee for his permanent signing.
Wayne Routledge is also ineligible to play this weekend, under the terms of his loan agreement from Spurs.
