Fulham defender Zdenek Grygera is due to return to training this week as he bids to prove his fitness to Fulham boss Martin Jol.
The Czech defender is out of contract following a long injury lay-off, but is expected to resume sessions at the club's Motspur Park base after overcoming a thigh problem.
Jol will give Grygera the chance to get up to speed before deciding whether to offer him a new deal in SW6.
He said: "I don't want to make decisions on him yet because it's not easy for him.
"He had quite a bad injury, came back and got injured again. Hopefully he will be back but we have to wait and see."
