Insiders at the Cottage say Tigana was
in Monaco to talk to the French defensive duo Martin Djetou and Philippe
Christanval who are rated at £8million each.
The Fulham Boss is hoping to arrange a summertime transfer for the pair.
Tigana's interest in Djetou has been well known for a long time, but Christanval
is a new target.
The 22-year-old is a highly-rated young sweeper, who is being tipped to
one day replace Laurent Blanc in the French team.
Djetou has already said he would like to play in England next season and
Fulham face competition from Arsenal for his signature.
Meanwhile, Tigana is also being linked with a £7million bid for Paris
St Germain's 25-year-old wing-wizard, Laurent Robert and is said to have
lined up Brann's 19-year-old left-back Erland Hanstveit.
However his plans to sign the Norwegian Under-21 international may not
come to fruition as he has been tracked by Leeds United who could also
make a move in the summer.
