Nottingham Forest manager Paul Hart is still trying to bring Fulham's former Scotland star John Collins to the City Ground.
Hart is looking to bolster his side's First Division promotion push by landing the veteran midfielder on loan.
Hart enquired about Collins several weeks ago but Fulham boss Jean Tigana refused to allow the 34-year-old to leave while his side were still involved in the Uefa Cup.
Fulha are now out of that competition and Tigana may now be prepared to bow to Hart's request.
