Fulham boss Martin Jol admits Marcello Trotta could leave Fulham on loan before the transfer window slams shut next week.

The Italian striker bagged eight goals in as many games for League One Wycombe Wanderers before returning to Craven Cottage this week.

But boss Jol says he will consider allowing the 19-year-old out again in the next seven days.

He said: "I've got a few other players who are desperate to go out on loan, but for the next four or five days I want to make an assessment.

"Maybe Trotta could be a case of going on loan again, but if we got an injury to Bobby Zamora, for example, I might have to make a decision to keep him."
