Howard Webb - Rotherham, South Yorkshire
Fulham have the pleasure of welcoming a new Premiership ref on Saturday.
Howard Webb begun his career in the Rotherham district and North East Counties Leagues and gained promotion to the National List in 1996.
He was a new addition to the Premiership List for the 2003/04 season after consistent performances in the Nationwide leagues.
Last season, he took charge of 12 first division games, many of which were high profile encounters. He dished out 45 yellow cards but kept the red card firmly in his pocket all season.
This will be Ref Webb's first Premiership game since starting as a ref in the Nationwide in August 2000.
He has officiated at 6 Nationwide games so far this season and on yellow cards seems to have a bias against the home team.
