Following the Club's appeal to the FA over Luis Boa Morte's sending off against Everton the FA has reached the verdict that no sanctions will be imposed on the Fulham striker.
Deputy Managing Director Lee Hoos said:
"It was a fair hearing where the video evidence was carefully looked at. We are grateful to the Football Association for their verdict and Luis will not have to serve a suspension."
The Football Association will hear Luis Boa Morte's red card appeal on Thursday lunchtime.
The Portuguese international was sent off in Fulham's recent game against Everton after a seemingly innocuous challenge on David Weir. A minor scuffle did break out but Fulham hope that video evidence will prove that Boa Morte sat the whole thing out.
Whites Deputy Managing Director Lee Hoos said: "The hearing is at 12 noon on Thursday and we will let our supporters know of any decision as soon as we can."
