Fulham midfielder Pajtim Kasami has joined Swiss club Luzern on loan until the end of the season.

The Switzerland Under-21s international was one of Martin Jol's first signings as manager of the Cottagers, moving to the Londoners on a four-year-deal in the summer of 2011.

After making his debut against Split in the Europa League, the attacking midfielder has since played 11 times for the Craven Cottage outfit.

The 20-year-old represented Switzerland at London 2012 although, as Kasami is of Albanian descent, speculation has suggested that he could still turn out for Albania instead at senior level.

Luzern finished second behind Basel in the Swiss Super League last season and the Fulham youngster could make his debut for the club on Sunday against St Gallen.
