Table topping Man Utd travel to an Aston Villa side just outside the relegation zone with United needing to win to keep hold of top spot. Chelsea face Liverpool at Stamford Bridge with Man City at home Tottenham.
Elsewhere, Stoke welcome struggling QPR desperate to add to their 4 points. Everton are at home to lowly Sunderland and Norwich City aim to increase Reading's problems.
Rock-bottom Southampton also meet Swansea City, West Ham United travel to Newcastle United and West Bromwich Albion go to Wigan Athletic.

15:00 - Arsenal (7) v Fulham (8)
With disappointing on-field results and controversial AGMs, Arsenal have endured disappointment as winter has arrived. And a London derby against Fulham, managed by former Tottenham boss Martin Jol, looks like another potential banana skin.
Ahead of their short trip to Emirates Stadium, the Craven Cottage club are unbeaten in four matches, although they have drawn three of those games, and they will have eyes on a first win in their history at Arsenal.
Arsenal will be without midfielder Jack Wilshere who is suspended. Goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny is close to a comeback from his ankle problem and could be included in the squad, while midfielders Aaron Ramsey (groin) and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (hip) face fitness tests.
Winger Gervinho (ankle), defender Kieran Gibbs (thigh), midfielder Abou Diaby (thigh) and Czech midfielder Tomas Rosicky (hamstring) all continue their rehabilitation and miss out.
Fulham midfielder Mahamadou Diarra has been rated no better than "50-50" by manager Martin Jol to recover from his latest knee injury. Midfielder Simon Davies is still recovering from a hip operation.

15:00 - Everton (4) v Sunderland (16)
Everton could move to within four points of the top of the table if they end a four-game streak of draws by adding to Martin O'Neill and Sunderland's problems at Goodison Park. David Moyes' squad have made a nonsense of their traditional tag as slow starters and sit in the Champions League places ahead of the weekend.
In contrast, Sunderland, who have not won in their last 15 Premier League games against Everton, sit just two places above the relegation zone. A first away win in 13 league games for shot-shy Sunderland would be quite a shock.
Everton will be without Tony Hibbert, Darron Gibson and Victor Anichebe due to injuries. Defender Hibbert is sidelined by a calf problem, while midfielder Gibson - who last featured for the first team on September 1 - is still not yet ready to make his return from a thigh injury. Forward Anichebe is also on the casualty list due to a hamstring complaint.
Sunderland manager Martin O'Neill will assess knocks to a couple of players. O'Neill said a couple of his players were doubts but would not reveal who they were. If all are fit, one change may be Danny Rose returning at left-back, but otherwise the starting XI is likely to be much the same as the team that started against Aston Villa.

Brian McDermott must be wondering what Reading have to do to pick up a Premier League win since lifting the Championship trophy at the end of last season. They were pegged back in their draw with QPR and in the previous week had to grab a late point against Fulham.
Norwich will hope to increase the problems at Madejski Stadium but Chris Hughton will be aware his club have gone on a record-breaking run of failing to keep a clean sheet in their last 38 Premier League away games.
Reading goalkeeper Adam Federici is in line for a recall in place of Alex McCarthy who has been ruled out for a number of weeks after suffering a shoulder injury in last weekend's draw at QPR.
Midfielders Jem Karacan (knee) and Danny Guthrie (thigh) miss out, although the latter could return next week. Forward Noel Hunt is available after shaking off a calf problem.
Norwich defender Russell Martin's back injury will continue to be assessed ahead of kick-off. Centre-half Michael Turner (dead leg) and full-back Javier Garrido (knee) both went off during last weekend's home win over Stoke but should be available. Striker Harry Kane (foot) remains out.

Southampton are bottom of the table. Manager Nigel Adkins has been having to answer questions on his future and he will know he is under scrutiny.
Southampton continue to struggle defensively, which will mean Michael Laudrup's Swansea City, fresh from drawing with Chelsea last Saturday, will want to take advantage at St Mary's.
Southampton goalkeeper Artur Boruc is back in contention after the club investigated claims he threw a bottle at home fans and swore at them in the club's home game against Tottenham.
Midfielder Jack Cork is also available again after a knee injury, but right-back Frazer Richardson (groin) is not quite ready for a first-team return.
Swansea defender Chico Flores is set to miss out as he struggles to overcome a dead leg. Manager Michael Laudrup rates him as "very doubtful". Club captain Garry Monk is set to continue in the centre of defence while Michel Vorm (groin), Kyle Bartley (thigh) and Neil Taylor (broken ankle) are all out.

Queens Park Rangers remain without a victory after their predictable draw with fellow winless side Reading and so Mark Hughes continues the chase for a sought-after three points at Stoke City.
Tony Pulis' side have themselves gone four league games without a win to leave in the clump of clubs just four points clear of the drop zone. But they can be confident when combining their 11 league-game unbeaten run at Britannia Stadium with QPR's 18-match winless run away from home.
Stoke will be without midfielder Rory Delap and striker Michael Owen. Delap is due to undergo a hernia operation next week, while Owen is out with a hamstring injury but should be fit for next weekend's game at West Ham.
They join Marc Wilson on the sidelines, the defender likely to be unavailable until February after recently fracturing his left fibula.
Stephane Mbia remains under suspension for QPR. Captain Park Ji-sung missed last weekend's draw against Reading with a knee injury and is also a major doubt for tomorrow's game.
Fabio (hamstring) and Andrew Johnson (knee) remain sidelined, but manager Mark Hughes hopes to have the former fit for QPR's following game against Southampton.

West Brom are flying high and, ahead of visiting Wigan, they find themselves in fifth position. Steve Clarke has been earning widespread praise but he will know his team need to improve their form on their travels.
West Brom have taken 15 of their 17 Premier League points this season on home soil and are yet to register an away win. Wigan boss Roberto Martinez does not want his side to be complacent after their heroics at White Hart Lane last weekend.
Midfielder James McArthur has a dead leg and is a doubt for Wigan. Home boss Roberto Martinez will again be without wingers Ryo Miyaichi (groin) and Albert Crusat (knee).
West Brom goalkeeper Boaz Myhill is on standby to play his first senior game for the club in 21 months. He will step in if Ben Foster fails to recover from a recurring groin problem.
Midfielder James Morrison could be available after missing the 2-0 home win against Southampton on Monday with a hamstring injury.

Sir Alex Ferguson's Manchester United will want to build a four-point gap over their closest rivals by winning at Aston Villa in the evening game. The fixture is of equal magnitude to Paul Lambert's Villa after they won a first league game in six last weekend to move four points clear of the relegation zone.
Villa, though, have won just one of the last 33 Premier League meetings with Ferguson's team.
Aston Villa midfielder Karim El Ahmadi will return after a one-match suspension but defender Eric Lichaj will be banned after picking up his fifth yellow card of the campaign during the win at Sunderland.
Fellow left-back Joe Bennett is struggling to overcome a knee injury so Enda Stevens is in contention to start. Striker Darren Bent is again absent with his ankle injury.
Central defender Jonny Evans is a doubt for Manchester United due to a niggling groin problem, which may mean Chris Smalling plays his second game in four days. Nani (hamstring) joins Shinji Kagawa, Phil Jones and Nemanja Vidic (all knee) on the sidelines.

In the lunchtime kick-off, third-placed Manchester City welcome Tottenham Hotspur to Etihad Stadium and know they need to address their recent wobble. Roberto Mancini's position as City boss has come under scrutiny after a few months of uncertainty.
Tinkering with formations and poor on-field performances have left England's defending champions in a far-from-perfect state. And in the wake of the midweek UEFA Champions League draw with Ajax, Mancini knows any further slip up against a Spurs team who only trail City by five points, despite last weekend's shock loss to Wigan, would be unacceptable.
Manchester City trio Joleon Lescott, Maicon and David Silva are hoping to return to action against Tottenham. Defenders Lescott (back) and Maicon (foot) and playmaker Silva (hamstring) are all back in training after spells on the sidelines.
Right-back Micah Richards (knee) and midfielders James Milner and Jack Rodwell (both hamstring) remain on the injury list.
Tottenham midfielder Sandro has a chance of recovering from a calf injury in time to play. Manager Andre Villas-Boas must decide whether to stick with Hugo Lloris or recall Brad Friedel in goal, and striker Emmanuel Adebayor could make his first league start of the season at his former club. Newcastle know November is an important month in their long-term quest to qualify for the Champions League and the noises coming out of Alan Pardew's squad are that they view league games against West Ham, Swansea, Southampton and Stoke as winnable.
After the exciting draw with Liverpool last weekend, they will want maximum points but West Ham's former Newcastle boss, Sam Allardyce, ex-captain, Kevin Nolan, and previous striker, Andy Carroll, will have other ideas as they return to St James' Park.
Newcastle will be without two suspended senior men in midfielder Cheick Tiote and defender Fabricio Coloccini. Manager Alan Pardew, who made eight changes for the Europa League clash with Club Brugge in Belgium, is likely to restore most of his big names including Jonas Gutierrez, Hatem Ben Arfa and Demba Ba, but Danny Simpson (shoulder) remains a doubt and James Perch (thigh) is out for up to six weeks.
West Ham manager Sam Allardyce could face a defensive crisis. James Collins and James Tomkins will have fitness tests on Saturday to determine whether they are available to play, otherwise Allardyce will be left with only one fit central defender in Winston Reid.
Full-back Guy Demel has returned to training following a hernia problem but Matthew Taylor (calf), Ricardo Vaz Te (shoulder) and Jack Collison (knee) remain sidelined.

Chelsea and Liverpool renew their rivalry at Stamford Bridge. After several meetings in the Champions League and cup finals, including last season's FA Cup, since the turn of the Millennium, these fixtures have developed into tense encounters.
Add to the fact £50million man Fernando Torres will likely be facing former club Liverpool and it promises to be another fiery clash. After losing top spot in the table to Manchester United,Roberto Di Matteo's Chelsea will want to get back on track while Liverpool's Brendan Rodgers, who worked for the Blues' coaching staff earlier in his career, is desperate for a change of luck.
Ashley Cole will again be missing for Chelsea, with a hamstring injury the cause of his absence. Captain John Terry will be pushing for a start in central defence after he was surprisingly left on the bench against Shakhtar Donetsk in midweek, while Frank Lampard is still out with a calf problem.
England full-back Glen Johnson is set to return for Liverpool against his former club after a hamstring injury. Goalkeeper Jose Reina is also making good progress in his recovery from a similar problem and may have a chance of being involved.
Manager Brendan Rodgers is set to restore key players after resting most of his first-choice line-up for Thursday's Europa League clash against Anzhi Makhachkala.
