Shrewsbury Town have appointed Leroy Rosenior as first-team coach.
The former Sierra Leone international brings a wealth of experience with him, having been manager of League Two rivals Torquay for over three years.
Shrews manager Gary Peters told the club website: said: "He (Leroy) is only 41 but he is still young, enthusiastic and ambitious.
"Leroy has his A license but is doing his pro license which will allow him to manage in the Premiership."
Peters added: "Leroy is an attack-minded man as he was an attacker and when he got promoted with Torquay, they played good, fast attacking football so that gives us a chance to do different things on the training ground."
Rosenoir has also had two spells as first-team coach at Bristol City.
