Fulham have sold defender Rufus Brevett to West Ham for an undisclosed fee.
The 33-year-old defender, a big favourite with the fans, will move across London after five years with Fulham.
Brevett was signed from Queens Park Rangers by former manager Kevin Keegan and has since featured in the side that won promotion to the Premiership in 2001.
Brevett was signed in 1998 for around £350,000 and has agreed a two-and-a-half year contract at Upton Park.
Rufus had a medical at 5 o' clock this morning and it mean Rufus can go into the Hammers squad for the Liverpool game at the weekend.
