FULHAM are fighting to keep midfield starlet Sean Davis by offering him
a massive pay rise of at least £10,000 a week
Sean is a product of the Fulham youth programme and is only on around £2,500
a week at Craven Cottage, which is a fraction of the salary of many of his
team-mates.
This season has been good for Sean as he has started 37 times for the Champions
scoring 6 times. One of his goals clinched the Championship, in the 1-1
draw with Sheff Wed, and one gave Fulham the double over Blackburn ensuring
that Blackburn would have to settle for second place in the league.
He has also made it into the England U21 squad staring in the 4-0 drubbing
of Finland and the 1-0 away win in Albania. |
