Fulham could get the green light to make a move for Keiran Richardson as reports say Sunderland will let him leave this summer.
Richardson has been linked with the Cottagers in recent weeks as boss Martin Jol looks to strengthen his squad over the close season.
The former Manchester United youngster, who only has a year left on his current Black Cats deal and therefore could be available for as little as £3.5million, is believed to want out of the Stadium of Light.
Reports in the north east say Sunderland would not stand in his way if they receive a suitable offer and Jol could make his move when the transfer window reopens.
