Wayne
Collins going on loan? |
|
PRESTON NORTH END manager
David Moyes is reportedly keen to bring Fulham's Wayne Collins to the club to aid the
suspension crisis that he is set to face at the club in the coming weeks.
Collins has made just two
starts for top of the table Fulham in the league this season, with one substitute
appearance against Burnley, and Moyes is ready to offer the versatile player
first team football at right back, as cover for the banned Graham Alexander
and Colin Murdock.
Moyes is keen to take the
31-year-old, who joined The Cottagers from Sheffield Wednesday for £400,000
in January 1998, on loan to ensure that he has cover for the forthcoming First
Division match against Watford on Saturday.
