Howard Webb - Rotherham, South Yorkshire
Howard Webb begun his career in the Rotherham district and North East Counties Leagues and gained promotion to the National List in 1996.

He was a new addition to the Premiership List for the 2003/04 season after consistent performances in the Nationwide leagues.

In 2002/2003 he took charge of 12 first division games, many of which were high profile encounters. He dished out 45 yellow cards but kept the red card firmly in his pocket all season.

Mr Webb's first game in the Premiership was Fulham's home game against Wolves back in October and after the game he was rated unfit by 60% of voters.
Referee Stats - 2003/2004

Ref Webb is the bottom whister this season breaking the game up less than any other Ref in the Premiership. However when he whistles is is most likely to give a yellow card and has issued the highest number of cards of any Ref so far this season.Ref Webb has not issued a single red so far but as he only issued one last season that is not a suprise.

Ref Webb likes to whistle more at home players but ive most of his cards to visiting players.Last season Ref Webb was fairly even handed with just a small bias which was against home squads.
