Andy Melville is the latest player to put
pen to paper and commit his future to the Club on Friday afternoon.
Melville has signed a one year extension to his existing contract that will
keep him at Craven Cottage until the summer of 2003.
The 32 year old joined Fulham on a free transfer from Sunderland in 1999
and skippered the Whites during their Championship run-in last season.
A delighted Melville commented:
"I was happy to sign. The new contract keeps me at the Club until I'm
34 and I've got lots of ambitions to fulfill.
"With the year we've had, and the one ahead, it's important to feel
settled"
