Fulham Football Club today announced a major new two-year sponsorship deal with on line IT and technology products retailer, dabs.com. As the Official Men's Team Sponsor for the 2003/2004 and 2004/2005 seasons, the dabs.com logo will replace the existing 'betfair' logo on the front of both the Men's and treble winning Fulham Ladies' shirts from the start of the new season.

Market leaders, dabs.com, offer a huge range of computing, technology, consumer electronics and gaming products to almost 900,000 customers across the UK.

dabs.com's website attracts around a million unique visitors from the UK each month and the company has plans to expand into Europe following the recent acquisition of a French retailer, SOS Developers.

Jonathan Wall, Dabs Sales & Marketing Director commented: dabs.com's online business has grown from roots in the computer enthusiast marketplace and over the years, our brand and core values have come to be widely recognised within this Internet-savvy community. Whilst maintaining our focus in this arena, we now need to attract buyers from the general retail marketplace, which includes significant enhancements to our website to improve its usability and general appeal.

The shirt sponsorship deal with Fulham will undoubtedly propel our brand into a whole new dimension, putting our name in front of millions of people throughout the next two years. More importantly, and of particular importance for us as an Internet retailer, this sponsorship programme will really help establish our online brand as a recognisable, reliable and viable alternative to the high street".

Fulham CEO Bruce Langham added "Fulham Football Club is very excited about the sponsorship agreement with dabs.com. The Club has now consolidated its position in the Premier League and the future looks very positive for us. It is therefore essential that we establish a partnership with a brand that shares the same drive, commitment and ambition and I am confident that dabs.com is this brand. I am sure that it will be a very successful combination of two ambitious organisations."
