Fulham goalkeeper Marek Rodak has joined Rotherham United on a season-long loan deal.

The 20-year-old made his first-team debut for the Whites in the EFL Cup victory at Wycombe Wanderers earlier this month.

He was part of the Fulham side that reached the FA Youth Cup final against Chelsea in 2014.

The 20-year-old Slovakia Under-21 international made 21 appearances on loan at Accrington last season.

"He got rave reviews for his performances last season, and after watching lots of games we really like him," Rotherham boss Paul Warne said.

"He really wants to play and develop his game."

Rodak is currently away on international duty with Slovakia Under-21s and so will miss the Millers’ trip to Portsmouth on Saturday but could be involved at home to Bury a week later.

He joined Fulham from MFK Kosice in 2013 and has had loan spells with Farnborough, Welling and Accrington.
