Referee Paul Tierney has been a Football League referee since August 2009 prior to which he reffed in the Blue Sq Premier. In August 2014 he reffed the Premiership game between Swansea and West Brom.

Teenager Andre Dozzell is to start when Ipswich play Fulham, manager Mick McCarthy has said.

Dozzell, like father Jason before him 32 years previously, scored on his debut as a 16-year-old, netting in last Saturday's 1-1 Sky Bet Championship draw at Sheffield Wednesday.

Midfielder Luke Hyam is available following suspension, but forwards Daryl Murphy (calf) and Luke Varney (hamstring) are both out once again.

Cole Skuse is available following a stiff neck, but Ben Pringle is ineligible against his parent club.

Fulham have no new injury or suspension concerns for their trip to Portman Road on Tuesday night.

Manager Slavisa Jokanovic, though, is expected to make a number of changes after his side fell to a 5-0 defeat on Friday to Brighton.

Rohan Ince is back after being ineligible to face his parent club and Tom Cairney could be available after overcoming a dead leg.

Sakari Mattila (back) and Michael Madl (calf) are both on the sidelines due to injury.
