Fulham Head Coach Slavisa Jokanovic knows that his side need to improve following their display at home to Sheffield Wednesday and believes they can do so at Brighton.

"Scott Parker is suspended but everyone else is available for the game on Saturday.

"In the last three games we have won seven points.

We weren't happy with our performance in the last game at home to Sheffield Wednesday and we know that we have to improve our level and I believe we can make a step up and offer a better performance than we did in the last game.

"We've won more points in our away games.

We've played very good football and at home have played very well in some games but haven't been as clinical as we would have liked.

We need to press more and be strong as well as concentrate more in order to avoid unnecessary mistakes. We are in the process of working on that and I believe we will be better in the future."

Jokanovic knows that it will be a tough place to go to especially after their great run of form recently.

"They have a record of eleven games unbeaten and they're a very strong side with very good defensive players who play very good football and it's really going to be an important and interesting test for us.

"It will be a very tough and complicated game for us against one of the best teams in the division and it is a great chance for us to test ourselves.

"I arrived here eleven months ago in a bit of a complicated situation due to the financial fair play rules so we couldn't improve the team.

"Now we're four months in to the new season and we're still trying to build our identity and still trying to build our style.

I believe that we are in a good way and are showing forms of improvement.

We are working daily to be better and I believe we will be a more solid, more clinical and better team for the games that are in front of us.

I believe we can show these forms of improvement in the game against Brighton on Saturday afternoon.

With the January transfer window fast approaching Jokanovic admits he has one eye on it but is more focused on the fixtures in front of him.

"We are starting to think about the January transfer window, but focusing on what is immediately in front of us is the most important thing, which is the game against Brighton.

I expect we'll be ready for the transfer window if we detect and find that we need to improve ourselves.

"There are many messages I would like to tell the fans.

We are very happy with your support in the stands in both home and away games.

We know we are still adapting. What we have offered them this season is not enough and we are not satisfied or happy.

We need to push harder and try to improve our level.

We know we can't be satisfied and we know it's not enough.

In modern football you can't ask for time and I don't want to justify myself or my players.

We need to understand we are in some kind of process and we expect we are going to be at the highest level soon."
