Bursaspor beat Besiktas to £2.5m deal for Fulham youngster Kerim Frei.
Kerim Frei has agreed to leave Fulham and Bursaspor have beaten rivals Besiktas to sign the teenager.
Galatasaray have also shown interest in the 19-year-old winger who was born in Austria and represented Switzerland at youth level before committing his future to Turkey last year.
Bursaspor have agreed a £2.5million fee with Fulham and Frei is expected to sign a four-year contract before Friday's Turkish deadline.
He arrived at Craven Cottage in 2011 but started only twice in the Premier League last season and spent a short spell on loan at Cardiff.
