Keith Stroud is an experienced referee at Championship level he took up refereeing in the Wessex League when he was 19 in 1988. In his career so far he has been an International FIFA assistant referee and ran the line in the 2003 FA Cup Final between Arsenal and Southampton.
Keith also served as a Premier League referee for 2 seasons before returning to the EFL list in 2009/10 and is now a full time Select group 2 referee.
The last time Mr Stroud refed a Fulham game was in the 2-2 home draw with Charlton on 5th October 2019. He booked Bryan and Mitrovic of Fulham and one Charlton player, all for fouls.
Prior to that game Mr Stroud refed our first home game of 2019/2020 when we won 2-0 against Blackburn on the 10th of August 2019. He booked two players both fom Blackburn.
During the promotion season 17/18 Mr Stroud refed the 2-0 away win at Norwich City on 30th March 2018. He booked seven players, four Fulham players and three Norwich players.
Prior to the Norwich game Mr Stroud refed the 3-0 home win over Sheffield United. He booked Aleksandar Mitrovic and four United players
Mr Stroud also refed the January 4-1 home crushing of Ipswich Town in which he booked three Fulham players, four Ipswich players and also sent off an Ipswich player in the 54th minute.
Hull City last met up with Mr Stroud in their 2-2 away draw at Millwall, in December 2018, in which Mr Stroud booked two Hull City players.
Last season Ref Stroud reffed 29 games dishing out 92 yellows, an average 3.2 cards a game, and 3 reds.
His busiest games lin recent times were the Nottm Forest v Norwich and Derby v Nottm Forest clashes in which he dished out 6 yellows, in both games the cards were evenly spread.
In 2017, 2018 and 2019 Mr Stroud was involved in three seperate controversies when he disallowed goals and penalties in error.
