Referee Thomas Bramall started running the line in non league football in 2014 and refereeing in 2016/2017 in the National League moving up to Football League Two and One in 2018/2019.
In season 2020/2021 he was promoted to the Championship and at the start of 2021/2022 he was promoted to the Select Group 2 refereeing list. Mr Bramell continued his meteoric rise with a promotion to the Select Group 1 refereeing list in 2022.
Mr Bramall last refed a Fulham game in January 2024 when we drew 0-0 at home to Everton. He booked three players including Joao Palhinha for a foul.
May 2023 when we beat Southampton 2-0 and he booked two players, both from Southampton. Carlos Vinicius and Aleksandar Mitrovic were the Fulham goal scorers.
Three weeks before the Southampton game on 25 April 2023 Mr Bramall refed Fulham when we were edged out 1-0 away at Aston Villa. He booked five players including Bobby De Cordova-Reid (f,47) and Joao Palhinh (f,78) of Fulham.
Earlier in the season, 22/23, on 30th August 2022, Mr Bramall also refed a Fulham game when we won 2-1 at home to Brighton. He booked three players, two from Fulham, Antonee Robinson and Harrison Reed, both for fouls.
The only other time Mr Bramell refed a Fulham game was the 1-1 away draw at Luton in December 2021. He booked one player, a Luton player. Aleksandar Mitrovic scored Fulham's goal.
Nottingham Forest last had the pleasure of Mr Bramall's company in February 2024 when he booked four Forest players and five West Ham players finishing up with a second yellow for a West Ham player.
Last season Mr Bramall refed 29 games and dished out 127 yellows and 3 reds, so an average of 4.4 yellows per game. So far this season he has refed 14 games dishing out 45 yellows, so an average of 3.2 yellows per game, and 3 reds.
His busiest game in recent time was the Newcastle vrs Leicester game in December 2024 when he booked six players, three from each team.
