Wigan (1) 3-3 (2) Fulham
Wigan Athletic were denied three priceless points at the death as old boy Hugo Rodallega came back to haunt them on Halloween weekend.
Shaun Maloney had come off the bench and scored with his first touch to edge Latics in front with only eight minutes to go against 10-man Fulham.
But Rodallega had other ideas, racing through four minutes later and forcing Leon Barnett to pull him down in the area, which saw the big centre-back following Ross McCormack into an early bath.
Bryan Ruiz held his nerve following a lengthy delay to beat Scott Carson and ensure his side a share of the spoils which was just about fair enough after a pulsating encounter.
Latics had flown out of the blocks and been in front inside nine minutes thanks to Adam Forshaw's penalty, after Callum McManaman was fouled in the box.
However, the home side couldn't build on their lead and were pegged back on the half-hour mark when Lasse Vigen Christensen netted.
Fulham had the lead at the break when McCormack's cross was chested home from a yard by Ruiz.
But back came Latics, who were level nine minutes after the restart through Roger Espinoza.
Latics were given heart when McCormack was given his second yellow card inside the final quarter, and they thought they'd sneaked it when Maloney finished coolly from close range.
But Fulham - and Rodallega - had other ideas to deny Latics a first home win since August.
