The ex-Fulham centre forward, Frank Large died on Friday 8th August 2003 at the age of 63.

Large was a much travelled striker but did not do as well at Fulham as he did else where. Just 3 goals in 28 outing in comparison to he career total of 209 goals in 569 outings.

This did not make him popular with the fans but he was respected for his effort never giving less than 110%.
